    Refund policy:

    You can always contact us for any return question at wildjellycreations@gmail.com.

    • We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    • To start a return, you can contact us at wildjellycreations@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and NO refund will be issued. 

     

    • Damages and issues
      • Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
    • Exceptions / non-returnable items
      • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products:
        • Special orders or personalized items
        • items from the SCRATCH & DENT section
        • Drinkware
        • DIGITAL ITEMS
        • Gift Cards
        • Items on Sale

    • Exchanges
      • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
    • Refunds
      • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Shipping policy:

    Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

     

    • WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
      •  In-Store Pickup: 
        • Pickups are available Monday through Friday 10 AM -3 PM.
        • An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up.
        • In the confirmation you will receive the following information:
          • Order number
          • Pickup location and MY cell number in case you have trouble finding me.
          • Payment required IF PAYING IN PERSON
          • Scheduled time to pick up (example: Jane Doe Your pickup time is 10 AM you will have up to 1.5 HOURS to pick up your purchase, otherwise you will HAVE TO reschedule for another day.)
    If AFTER 3 attempts you DO NOT pick up your order, it will be canceled, & NO REFUND GIVEN.

     

    Shipping Charges within the USA:

    Shipping fees depend on how fast you want your order, you select the shipping speed and that is the price you pay on all domestic orders. 

    Once your order has been packaged and shipping label has been created, an email will be sent to you with your tracking information!

    Shipping Times in the USA vary but typically take 3-5 business days. If there is a holiday, shipping time will be delayed. 

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Sorry NO international shipping at this time.

     WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED? 

    If delivery is delayed PLEASE check the tracking number that provided to you and you can look into the problem and see what the hold up might be, and will advise you of a estimated date for delivery.
